Penguin Recruitment is recruiting a Civils Team Lead for our growing multidisciplinary consultancy with offices in Bedford or Southampton. You will lead civil engineering projects, guide design delivery and mentor engineers while developing client relationships and opportunities across a diverse UK portfolio.

Qualifications

Chartered Civil Engineer with leadership experience on major civil projects.
Proven ability to deliver highways, drainage and flood-risk schemes.
Experience mentoring engineers and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead civil engineering projects from feasibility to detailed design and construction support.
Prepare and review highway, drainage, SuDS, flood risk and infrastructure designs.
Identify constraints, risks and opportunities across projects and manage scope, budgets and resources.
Mentor engineers and coordinate with clients, consultants and authorities to ensure delivery.
Drive business development opportunities and client relationship management.
