Job summary

Aureos is seeking a Civils Site Manager to oversee and coordinate all on-site civil engineering and construction activities in Scotland. You will ensure works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while coordinating with subcontractors, labour, and suppliers.

Reporting to the project leadership, you will monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and client requirements across the site in the Highlands &

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (preferred).
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• First Aid at Work certification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements.
• Coordinate site labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials.
• Monitor progress against programme and report delays or issues.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
