Job summary

Enable-Infrastructure is seeking a Project Manager to lead civils delivery across England & Wales within our energy connections and renewables portfolio. A background in energy connections, renewables or power is ideal, with broader infrastructure experience welcomed.

You will own P&L, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and drive safe, high-quality delivery while coordinating with Power, Rail, DNO, and ICP teams. A PM qualification and NEC3/NEC4 knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven civils delivery across power, utilities or rail sectors.
• PM qualification required.
• Experience on civils or power infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated P&L or commercial accountability.
• Strong NEC3/NEC4 and JCT knowledge.
• Recognised technical qualification in Civil Engineering/Construction Management.
• SMSTS and CSCS at Manager/Professional level.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery and leadership across civils projects.
• Own commercial and financial management (P&L) for portfolio.
• Deliver sector-specific civils work (power, rail, renewables).
• Manage clients and stakeholders to secure project outcomes.
• Ensure governance, HSQE and contractual compliance.
• Contribute to strategic growth and cross-department collaboration.
