Job summary

Enable is seeking a Project Manager - functional lead to join and lead the civils operations team across England & Wales. This role suits a PM or Senior PM ready for the next challenge, with civil engineering experience in energy connections, renewables or power sectors.

You will own the P&L and CVR performance, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive delivery across power, rail, DNO, renewables and ICP works in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-disciplinary civils project delivery experience.
• PM qualification and civils/power sector experience.
• P&L or commercial accountability experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery of civils portfolio.
• Manage commercial performance and P&L ownership.
• Deliver sector-specific civils projects (power, rail, renewables).
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships at senior levels.
• Ensure governance, HSQE and contract compliance.
• Contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to share technical expertise.
