Job summary

Enable Infrastructure in the UK is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join its civils operations team. The role requires a couple of years' experience in energy connections, renewables, or power intrastucture and strong commercial acumen across multi-million pound contracts.

The successful candidate will manage operational delivery, client relationships, and governance across England & Wales, reporting to the PM Functional Lead & Contracts Manager, with opportunities to progress to PM roles.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering multi-disciplinary civils projects across power, utilities, or rail sectors.
• Project Management qualification
• Project Management experience on civils or power infrastructure projects
• Demonstrable P&L or commercial accountability
• Strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts, JCT, and utility framework contracting
• Recognised technical qualification (HNC/HND/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent)
• SMSTS, CSCS (Manager/Professional level), and full UK driving licence
• Desirable experience with DNO/ICP/IDNO delivery, BESS/solar civils, or rail power schemes
• Chartered status (MICE, MCIOB, or equivalent) or working towards
• NERS/Lloyd's Register scheme awareness

• Sector-Specific Delivery in power, rail, DNO, renewables, and ICP works
• Client & Stakeholder Management at various levels
• Governance, HSQE & Compliance adherence

• Collaborate with other departments to share delivery and technical expertise
