Job summary

NG Bailey Group Limited in the North East invites applications for Civils Project Manager – Service Upgrades to lead our New Connections Service Upgrades contract with Northern Powergrid. You will oversee civil civils works from planning to energisation, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery across the North East.

The role combines team leadership of field managers, supervisors, planners, engineers and operatives, with close liaison to Northern Powergrid and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day civils service upgrade works, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget compliance.
• Lead and manage a team of Field Managers, Supervisors, Planners, Engineers and Site Operatives.
• Act as the main operational point of contact with Northern Powergrid.
• Ensure compliance with HSQE policies, procedures and legal requirements.
• Manage multiple projects from planning through energisation and handover.
