Job summary

Airswift seeks a Civils & Piling Superintendent for a 12-month on-site role in Cornwall. You will lead multi-discipline construction activities, manage safety, quality and cost against program, and coordinate contractor teams to deliver to approved drawings and standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, challenge, and understand discipline drawings.
• Ability to cost manage construction contractors.
• Ability to compile, review, and approve requests for proposals and construction work packs.
• Ability to compile handover and commissioning dossiers across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Direct trade and construction activities on site ensuring safe, efficient delivery.
• Plan workforce requirements to maintain manpower balance for activities.
• Coordinate contractor supervisory staff and maintain site communication.
• Review discipline drawings, specs, and scopes of work for compliance.
• Prepare and contribute to monthly stakeholder and board reports.
