Trant Engineering is seeking a Civils Operative to join its project delivery teams on a clean water site near Brede, East Sussex. You will assist with civil operations, drainage, pipe laying, and concrete works under foremen, ensuring safety and efficiency on site.
Applicants should have CSCS and UK work rights, with desirable CPCS/NPORS qualifications and relevant groundworks experience. This is a permanent, full-time position based at the Brede site, East Sussex.

You will be working at our Brede site in East Sussex and as a Civils Operative you'll be assisting site teams with general civils construction operations, hand digging around complex services, drainage, pipe laying, concrete, maintaining site cleanliness, transporting materials, and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards. Applications are welcome from skilled groundworkers and machine drivers (360 / dumper) who are interested to join us on a long term basis.
