Trant Engineering is a leading Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor with a proven track record of delivering innovative engineering solutions across the UK and internationally. Employing over 1,000 people and with an annual turnover of £150 million, we continue to grow and are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team, initially based on our clean water treatment works near Hardham in West Sussex.
The Role: As an Electrical Supervisor, you will lead and supervise site-based electrical teams and subcontractors, ensuring that all electrical installation works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Working closely with project managers and mechanical and civil disciplines, you will coordinate day‑to‑day site activities, monitor progress, and ensure work is completed in line with project programmes, technical specifications, and UK electrical regulations.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate site documentation, supporting quality assurance and inspection activities, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring that all electrical works are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
