Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 7+ years’ CSA/construction experience on large-scale projects.
• Strong planning, sequencing, and scheduling skills.
• Proven leadership and subcontractor management experience.
• Solid knowledge of site operations, safety, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all Civil work packages throughout the project.
• Oversee site safety in collaboration with the safety team.
• Manage QA/QC activities with project and quality teams.
• Coordinate project schedule with Planner, Project Manager, Subcontractors, and Design Consultants to meet client and programme requirements.
• Support cost tracking and forecasting in collaboration with the QS team.
• Direct subcontractor performance and monitor progress.
