Job summary

ITS Building People are recruiting for an experienced Civils Infrastructure Traffic Marshal for a project in Portsmouth, Hampshire. Immediate start and PAYE only. Hours are 07:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday, with weekly pay and overtime opportunities.

Candidates should hold a CSCS/CPCS/NPORS card where required, bring own PPE, and have proven experience in traffic marshal roles on civil sites. Opportunities for ongoing and permanent contracts may arise.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS/CPCS/NPORS card where applicable.
• Experience in civil infrastructure traffic marshal roles on site.
• Reliable and punctual with ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage traffic on site to ensure safety and smooth operations.
• Liaise with site team and visitors to coordinate movements.
• Maintain pedestrian routes and vehicle marshal procedures.
• Report incidents and hazards to site supervisor promptly.

About the Role

ITS Building People are currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Infrastructure Traffic Marshall on behalf of our client for a project based in Portsmouth, Hampshire. For this role you are required to have a CSCS Card.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected contractor/developer. Successful candidates may be considered for further assignments through ITS Building People following completion of the project.

Requirements

• Valid [CSCS/CPCS/NPORS] Card but not always required
• Previous experience within a similar role
• Own PPE (Hard Hat, Hi-Vis and Safety Boots)
• Relevant tools/equipment where required
• Reliable and punctualli>Ability to work independently and as part of a team
