Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Groundworks Site Manager for a long-term project in Norwich. You will lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely and on programme to the established standards.

The role focuses on groundworks packages such as deep drainage, foundations, roads and sewers, utilities, earthworks, concrete works and kerbing. A strong background in civils and proven site management are essential.

Qualifications

• SMSTS and CSCS are required.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• Extensive groundworks/civils experience.
• Proven track record of managing sites and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage site teams and subcontractors to deliver works safely, on programme and to required standards.
• Oversee groundworks packages including deep drainage, foundations, roads & sewers, utilities, earthworks, concrete works and externals.
