Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced Civils Foreman / Supervisor for a long-term position in Derby. The role involves supervising civils and groundworks on site, coordinating operatives and subcontractors, and ensuring works meet drawings and specifications.

You will plan daily workloads, monitor progress against the programme, lead toolbox talks, and maintain high standards of health, safety and site housekeeping while coordinating plant, labour and materials to keep

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Civils Foreman or Supervisor.
• Strong civil engineering and groundworks background.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• CSCS/CPCS qualification appropriate to the role.
• Solid leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to organise and manage site teams.

Responsabilités

• Supervising civils and groundworks on site.
• Coordinating operatives and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient delivery.
• Overseeing drainage, ducting, concrete works, excavations and groundworks.
• Planning and allocating daily workloads.
• Monitoring progress against the programme and reporting to Site Management.
• Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Conducting daily briefings and toolbox talks.
• Maintaining health, safety and site housekeeping standards.
• Coordinating plant, labour and materials to maintain productivity.
• Identifying and resolving site issues to prevent delays.
• Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the works.
