Job summary

Marshalls plc, a leading UK manufacturer, seeks a Design & Engineering Manager to drive transformation and provide advanced engineering input across engineered precast concrete solutions. This remote role involves travel to Marshalls sites and customers as required, reporting to the Head of Design & Engineering.

Qualifications

• Civil/structural design in a technical enviroment
• Degree qualification preferred
• Professional accreditation (IStructE or ICE)
• Knowledge of Eurocode 2 EN 1992 Part 1-1
• Extensive reinforced and pre-cast concrete design knowledge
• Ability to communicate and build relationships with stakeholders
• Proficient in AutoCAD and structural modelling tools (SCIA/Allplan)
• Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to change
• Proven ability to motivate self and others to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Support the continued development and transformation of Marshalls Civils & Drainage.
• Provide engineering input into bespoke precast solutions for major projects.
