Job summary

Marshalls plc seeks a Design and Engineering Manager for a remote role with travel to Marshalls sites and customers. The role drives transformation and delivers bespoke precast solutions with input across engineering, design, operations and projects.

The successful candidate will have civil/structural engineering credentials, professional accreditation, and strong AutoCAD/SCIA/Allplan skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil/structural design environments (consultancy, design & build, or manufacturing).
• Degree in civil/structural engineering or construction-related field preferred.
• Professional accreditation to IStructE or ICE is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and engineering activities for engineered precast solutions.
• Support business transformation, processes, data, and ways of working.
• Provide engineering input to major energy, water management and infrastructure projects.
