Job summary

Avetix Engineering seeks an experienced Civil & Structural Engineer (Chartered or near Chartership) to support a growing project portfolio. The role is onsite in Northeast England at our client’s HQ with some travel to sites as required.

Candidates should hold a BEng/MEng or BSc/MSc in a related discipline and have 8–10 years of direct civil or structural engineering experience, with an ability to manage multiple multidisciplinary projects and liaise with clients directly.

Job description

Our client have recently seen a major influx of projects and is looking to bring onboard an experienced (Chartered or close to Chartership) Civil & Structural Engineer to support the across their project portfolio, ideally with previous experience in the Petrochemical/Gas Infrastructure sector.

Candidates will be required to be onsite in Northeast England at our client's HQ with some travel to projects as required.

Key Requirements

• BEng, MEng or BSc/MSc in related discipline
• Chartered Engineer or very close to Chartership
• Ideally 8-10 years of direct Civil and/or Structural Engineering experience
• Ability to manage multiple multidisciplinary projects
• Comfortable facing clients and direct meetings
