Job description

Role Summary

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Civil Site Supervisor on a 6-month rolling contract based in Perthshire.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting the site manager and supervising on-site works, including interfacing with subcontractors and providing feedback to the site manager.
  2. Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations on site.
  3. Following all setting-to-work procedures.
  4. Delivering works according to the programme while maintaining high health and safety standards.
  5. Producing reports and providing information promptly.
  6. Providing supervision and guidance to ensure staff and subcontractors meet production targets.
  7. Maintaining personal skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
  8. Performing other duties as directed by the line manager or management team.
  9. Complying with company HSQE and welfare policies.
  10. Supporting clients and meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  11. Promoting and capturing best practices, and feeding them back into the business.
  12. Leading by example in health, safety, quality, and environmental management.
  13. Ensuring quality standards are maintained and assisting with as-built drawings.
  14. Supporting the implementation of Safe Systems of Work, including issuing Permits to Dig.
