Civil Site Engineer - Water Capital Delivery

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to join a growing delivery team working on key water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Based in the London area, you will support the delivery of major capital programs aimed at enhancing resilience, environmental protection, and securing the future of water services.

As a Civil Site Engineer, your role will be crucial in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of engineering data to support design, construction, and project handover. You will collaborate closely with delivery and project management teams to ensure projects are completed to specifications, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Produce engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
2. Manage and control site drawings, ensuring revisions are properly updated and recorded.
3. Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations.
4. Support setting out works for pipelines, structures, and trenchless (no-dig) techniques using GPS, LEICA Robotic Total Stations, and Digital Levels.
5. Identify commercial issues, raising EWNs and TQs as needed.
6. Undertake as-built surveys and perform on-site materials testing (e.g., concrete, fill testing).
7. Conduct material reconciliations and other relevant tasks.
