Job summary

Progressive is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the civils package on a major hospital construction project in Birmingham. The role is site-based, Monday to Friday, with an initial 3-month contract and potential extension.

You will manage all civil works, coordinate groundworks, RC frames, and piling, and ensure safe, high-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle. This on-site role requires proven PM experience on construction projects, with hospital or healthcare site

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for coordinating diverse teams.
• Experience delivering civils packages on hospital or healthcare sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all civils activities including groundworks, RC frames, and piling.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently.
• Monitor programme progress and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Manage quality, health & safety, and compliance requirements.
• Resolve technical and operational site issues as they arise.
