Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Project Planner (Civil Engineering) in Glasgow. The role focuses on developing and managing detailed programmes from tender through construction, aligning with scope, contract requirements, and delivery targets.

You will support NEC3/NEC4 programme needs, forecasting resources and costs, procurement, and design coordination, delivering updates to keep projects safe, efficient, on time and within budget. Experience with Primavera P6 is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and managing detailed project programmes across tender and construction phases.
• Strong knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 programme requirements and cost forecasting.
• Proven ability to visit sites and communicate programme updates clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and maintain project programmes across tender and construction phases
• Develop Work Breakdown Structures aligned with project scope
• Ensure programmes comply with NEC3 and NEC4 requirements
• Identify delay drivers and maintain records for entitlement claims
• Visiting sites when required
• Work Monday to Friday, 8-5 with at least 3 days in the office
