You will handle abuse-related claims on behalf of claimants against Local Authorities and Police Forces, with knowledge of Civil Litigation and Personal Injury elements, and you must hold a current practicing certificate with at least three years PQE.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Solicitor with at least three years post-qualification experience and current practising certificate.
• Experience in Personal Injury law, actions against public bodies, or general civil litigation.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid Wigan setting.
