About Our Client

A long established Worcestershire law firm.

Job Description

This role would suit a Litigation Solicitor who is local to Worcestershire and looking to work within an established Litigation team.

The team is recruiting due to busyness levels so there is no need to come with a client following.

The team has a Head of Department, an experienced solicitor, and a Paralegal.

They typically act on a broad range of contentious matters from civil litigation through to property litigation and debt recovery. They do not undertake personal injury work.

What the firm can offer you:

  • An existing caseload - the team is at capacity so now is the right time for them to hire another lawyer
  • Working in an established team - so lots of support and collaboration
  • A firm with a good reputation locally which generates work through reputation and word of mouth
  • No need for a client following or book of business
  • Good quality civil litigation work and a broad mix of work

The team would consider part-time and full-time candidates.

The Successful Applicant

The firm is looking for somebody who can work independently on civil litigation matters. So it's likely that you will have at least 4-5 years' experience, be confident dealing with clients, and have a strong working knowledge of the civil procedure rules.
