Role Summary

This role sits in a highly successful disputes and litigation department led by partners who are consistently ranked in the Legal 500 for their expertise and service. The department seeks a disputes solicitor with a background in Civil litigation to join their close-knit, experienced team. The work is varied and includes general civil and commercial disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, land and property actions, debt recovery, and more. The role offers an interesting mix of litigation work with clear prospects for career progression.

Responsibilities
