Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a growing team in the UK. You will manage a varied portfolio of contentious matters and advise clients on disputes, with responsibility from instruction to resolution.

Qualifications

• UK-qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in Civil Litigation.
• Solid understanding of litigation procedures and dispute resolution.
• Experience handling contractual, commercial and/or property disputes.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of matters throughout the litigation lifecycle and progress cases efficiently.
• Advise clients on merits, risks and options for each claim.
• Prepare pleadings, correspondence, applications and other legal documents.
• Conduct negotiations and settlement discussions where appropriate.
• Attend court and represent clients in proceedings when required.
• Work closely with Head of Department and team to deliver high‑quality service.
• Manage deadlines, caseloads and client expectations effectively.
