Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of civil litigation matters from start to finish.
• Advise clients on merits, potential outcomes and next steps.
• Draft letters before action and various types of claims.
• Instruct and coordinate with barristers/advocates for litigated matters.
• Maintain case files and high-volume caseload with organization.

Are you passionate about law and excited by the future of legal technology? We're seeking an innovative Solicitor with Civil Litigation expertise to join our team.,

• Manage a portfolio of civil litigation matters, focusing on:
  • + Advising clients in civil disputes with another party
  • + Drafting letters before action
  • + Drafting and filing different types of claims
  • + Instructing barristers/advocates on behalf of clients involved in litigated matters
• Manage cases from commencement all the way through to conclusion.
• Advise clients on legal merits, potential outcomes, and next steps.
• Hands on experience in Civil Dispute/Litigation matters
• Excellent organisational skills to manage a high volume caseload
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively
• Empathy and patience when dealing with questions
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
