Job summary

Onlylaw in London seeks a Litigation Paralegal with 2–3 years in civil litigation to join a growing team. You will support fee earners, manage caseloads, draft court documents, and prepare court bundles.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of civil litigation experience required.
• Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) is essential.
• Experience drafting pleadings, witness statements, applications, and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist fee earners with management of civil litigation matters from inception to conclusion.
• Manage own caseload where appropriate.
• Draft pleadings, witness statements, applications, and legal correspondence.
• Prepare court bundles and disclosure documents.
• Issue proceedings and file documents with the courts.
• Draft costs schedules where required.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, barristers, and the courts.
• Advise clients on litigation procedures and risks under supervision.
• Deliver exceptional client care throughout the process.
• Meet agreed performance and file progression targets.
