Kenton Black Limited is seeking an experienced Site Engineer for major civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the UK. The role focuses on setting out, surveying, and ensuring accurate line and level for critical works.

You will interpret drawings, support site teams, and maintain QA records while prioritizing health and safety. UK-wide sites offer long-term opportunities with a leading engineering firm.

Qualifications

• Experience in site engineering on civil/infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in setting out and surveying.
• Able to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Experience using surveying equipment including GPS and total stations.

Responsibilities

• Set out and survey works per approved drawings and specs.
• Ensure accurate line, level and positioning of civil works.
• Interpret engineering drawings and provide technical support to site teams.
• Carry out site surveys, measurements and as-builts.
• Coordinate with site management, subcontractors and engineering teams.
• Monitor quality and ensure compliance with project specs and standards.
• Maintain accurate site records, QA and inspection records.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Support delivery of works in line with programme and quality standards.
