Qualifications

• You must have previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor position.
• You must have working knowledge of NEC contracts including options A, B and C.
• Experience within a civils contractor environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for tender pricing, risk assessments, and contract drafting.
• Manage subcontract accounts and payments, dispute management.
• Contribute to project performance discussions.

Skills

Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor position

Working knowledge of NEC contracts including options A, B, and C

Experience within a civils contractor environment

Understanding of cost and time

Enthusiastic approach and clear communication skills

Experience in subcontractor management
