Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor position.
• Working knowledge of NEC contracts including options A, B, and C.
• Experience in subcontractor management.

• Manage subcontract accounts and payments, ensuring data reporting.
• Contribute commercial input to project strategy discussions.
