Kingdom People is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our construction and civil engineering team in the Sheffield region. You will prepare competitive cost estimates for JCT and NEC civil and groundworks packages on major projects, helping shape bids and win work.

This role offers clear progression to a Senior Estimator as you develop estimating tools, liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, and collaborate with project managers to reflect practical delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating for Civils/Groundworks projects.
• Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office.
• Ability to interpret tender documents and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for JCT & NEC civil packages.
• Analyse tender docs, drawings and specs.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Collaborate with project managers to reflect delivery methods.
• Attend pre- and post-tender meetings.
• Maintain estimating tools and systems.
