Job summary

Kier Group is offering a Summer Placement Civil Engineer student role within the Infrastructure team on the Hinkley Point project in the South West. The placement runs for 8 weeks with 40 hours per week, starting July 2027, with potential progression to the Graduate Scheme.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and real-world exposure to construction management. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Civil Engineering degree, returning to university after the placement, and holding a full UK

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Civil Engineering or related degree and returning to university after placement.
• Must hold a full UK driver license.
