Job summary
Strata Construction Consulting UK Ltd is seeking a Civil Engineer with about 3 years of post-graduate experience for our Kent office on a full-time, hybrid basis. You will develop expertise in development infrastructure, liaise with authorities, and contribute to schemes from pre-planning to construction.
The role requires knowledge of Civils3D, Microdrainage, AutoCAD and AutoTrack, plus strong report writing and driving licence. A varied workload includes highways, drainage and external works.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of post-graduate experience nearing professional status.
- Experience in private sector civil engineering projects.
- Knowledge of Civils3D, Microdrainage, AutoCAD and AutoTrack.
- Familiar with S38, S278, S104, S106 procedures and highway development.
- Strong report writing and Excel/Word skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and a full driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Develop civil engineering knowledge for development infrastructure.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, authorities and highways officers.
- Contribute to schemes from pre-planning to construction stages.
- Prepare reports: FRA, drainage strategy, specifications.
