We are seeking Graduate Engineers to support our major infrastructure projects. The 3-year graduate development program aims to enhance your personal, professional, and technical skills through a blended learning approach. You will work under the supervision of project managers and collaborate with site teams.

Key Responsibilities: You will be assigned a project or a package to manage, contributing to health and safety, quality, and project delivery.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist in coordinating team activities to ensure project completion on budget and schedule.
  • Collaborate with procurement to ensure financial compliance.
  • Support health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Assist project managers with team management, resource planning, and performance management.
  • Promote Ferrovial's values and take ownership of your work.
  • Ensure safe working practices on site and compliance by staff.

Skills and Competence:

We seek graduates with:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact at all levels.
  • Excellent English written and oral skills.
  • A degree or master's in engineering (all disciplines considered).
  • Motivation to learn and contribute.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
