About The Role

We are seeking a Civil Engineer who has a passion for building resilient, sustainable infrastructure, with enthusiasm to work on exciting projects that make a real difference in communities. As a Civil Engineer you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of infrastructure and development projects, and you’ll be involved in every stage—from concept and design to construction support—delivering creative and practical solutions.

About You

We are looking for someone who is personable, a self‑starter with the ability to project a positive ‘can‑do’ professional attitude at all times, maintaining good working relationships. Someone who enjoys collaborating across disciplines and can establish excellent rapport within the team, business and with clients, and who works well under pressure, handles a varied workload and keeps to tight deadlines while maintaining the highest level of technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed civil engineering designs and technical reports.
  • Undertake site assessments, feasibility studies, and planning support.
  • Use industry‑standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroDrainage) to produce high‑quality drawings and models.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines, consultants, and contractors.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations, standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Support project managers and senior engineers to deliver on time and on budget.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Member of ICE or IStructE and working towards professional membership.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
