Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in Loughborough is looking for a Civil Engineer with 2-5 years of consultancy experience to join its growing team. You will work across a varied portfolio and contribute from concept through to project delivery.

You’ll be involved in drainage and SuDS design, flood risk assessments, earthworks and S278/S106 matters, with opportunities to lead your own projects as you progress.

The consultancy is looking to recruit a Civil Engineer with 2-5 years’ relevant experience to join its growing team in Loughborough. You’ll work across a varied portfolio of projects, including commercial, healthcare and other development schemes, getting involved in the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion.

The role will involve drainage and SuDS design, flood risk assessments, earthworks, S278 works, S106 applications and build-over agreements, with the opportunity to take responsibility for your own projects as your experience develops. You’ll also attend design and client meetings, making strong communication and interpersonal skills important.

Candidates should hold a degree in Civil Engineering, have between 2 and 5 years’ relevant consultancy experience and be proficient in Civil 3D. A sound understanding of civil engineering design and the confidence to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues will be highly valued.
