RGB Recruitment Ltd are seeking a Civil Engineer in Cardiff to join a multi-discipline consultancy. You’ll manage your own projects, liaising with clients and authorities while mentoring juniors. The workload focuses on drainage design (SuDS/SAB and foul) and highways work on diverse schemes.

The role suits an engineer with ~4-5 years’ experience, offering a clear path to growth and a supportive ICE mentoring environment. A 37.5-hour week applies.

Exciting role with a multi-discipline, multi-office consultancy based out of their Cardiff office. You’ll be joining a growing company with a great local reputation.

We are looking for an engineer with circa 4-5 years’ experience to manage their own projects as well as offering support to junior members of the team. You will have client facing duties.

The majority of workload will be drainage design (SuDS/SAB and foul) and highways work (S278/38 agreements) based on a variety of residential, commercial and industrial projects of varying size.

They will need to have good experience in.

• Drainage design / (SuDS)
• SAB
• Highway design
• AutoCAD
• Microdrainage/ Causeway Flow
• Civils3D
• Report writing
• Liaising with clients and local authorities
• Ideally some experience in managing/mentoring graduates etc.
