Job summary

RGB Recruitment is assisting a multi-discipline engineering consultancy in Bridgend to recruit a Civil Engineer. The role covers civil/drainage/SuDS design with SAB experience, on a mix of residential, commercial and sports-venue projects, including earthworks for major sites.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years’ experience with AutoCAD, Civil3D and MicroDrainage/Flow, plus a track record across varied projects; mentoring toward Chartership and strong management support are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience using AutoCAD, Civil3D and MicroDrainage/Flow.
• Experience in Civil/Drainage/SuDS design.
• Experience with SAB is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Work on civil, drainage and SuDS design projects in Bridgend.
• Contribute to traditional civil engineering schemes and technically challenging works.

We are working in partnership with a multi-discipline Engineering consultancy who are looking to employ a Civil Engineer out of their Bridgend office. This person should have solid experience with Civil/Drainage/SuDS design and SAB experience.

Ideally, this person would have 3+ years’ experience using AutoCAD, Civil3D and MicroDrainage/Flow and have a varied project experience.

They work on a variety of projects, including:

• Residential
• Commercial
• Sports venues
• New build

They have been a big part of the Welsh Engineering market for over 20 years, across all things Civil & Structural design.

The workload is varied and engaging, ranging from traditional civil engineering schemes to more unique and technically interesting projects, such as drainage design for a driving range constructed within a cave and major earthworks packages for high-profile venues including the Principality Stadium.
