Job description

We’re on the lookout for an experienced excavator operator who’s confident on the controls and knows how to work smart around deep drainage.

This isn’t bulk earthworks — we need operators who can dig to line and level, handle tight spaces, and support the drainage crew to get the job done right the first time.

What You’ll Get:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Trenching for sewer, stormwater and water mains
• Digging around services, shoring boxes and manholes
• Supporting pipe crews with safe and accurate digging
• Backfilling, prepping for testing, and site clean-up as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven civil experience (3+ years operating in drainage preferred)
• WTR and Class 1 licence (Class 2 an advantage)
• Good understanding of levels, plans, and on-site communication
• Strong safety focus and a can-do attitude
