Job summary

Zodiac Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join their Dundee team. You will contribute to the detailed design of private and adoptable drainage schemes for residential and commercial developments.

Reporting to a Director, you will assist in producing S278, S38 and S104 designs and liaise with clients, council officers, and the design team. Training will be provided on-project and through external courses.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• 2–3 years of experience producing engineering drawings for highway and drainage schemes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, PDS or Civils 3D, and MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed design of drainage schemes for residential and commercial developments.
• Assist in producing S278, S38 and S104 designs for authorities.
• Liaise with clients, council officers and design team members.
• On-project learning and external training courses will be provided.
