Job summary

ICE Recruit is seeking a civil engineer with consulting engineering experience to join a leading developer's in-house technical team in Croydon. You will gain client-side skills while applying your engineering knowledge to land acquisition stages, design delivery, and on-site completion oversight.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND in civil engineering with 4+ years in highways, roads or drainage design
• Experience in consulting engineering environment
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills
• UK driving licence essential

Responsibilities

• Provide front-end advice on roads and drainage feasibility prior to land purchase
• Oversee design delivery, coordination and site monitoring
• Coordinate with utilities and local authorities; liaise with local authorities
• Occasional site visits and collaboration with in-house teams to support land development
