Job summary

Aldwych Consulting is seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in highways, drainage or development infrastructure to join our Warrington office on a full-time, hybrid basis. You’ll design and coordinate highways, drainage and earthworks for a wide range of UK development schemes from concept to detailed design.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil infrastructure design for highways and drainage.
• UK development infrastructure projects experience.
• Familiarity with design standards and approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Asisting design and delivery of highways and drainage infrastructure.
• Producing highway designs (S38/S278) at preliminary and detailed stages.
• Supporting drainage designs (S104/S98) including surface and foul drainage, SuDS and flow control.
• Assembling technical drawings, calculations and design documentation.
• Collaborating with planners, architects and external consultants.
