Qualifications

• 3–7 years of civil engineering experience.
• Degree in Civil Engineering (BEng/MEng) or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroDrainage or similar software.
• Strong understanding of highways, drainage and structural design principles.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver civil engineering designs, reports and calculations to a high standard.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients and contractors to deliver projects efficiently.
• Mentor junior engineers and share technical expertise.
• Ensure projects meet health, safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to project proposals and support business growth initiatives.
