Attention all Civil 3D Technicians!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment we have an unmissable role for a Civil 3D Technician! We are looking for someone with significant experience and knowledge to join our client in a contract role, working on exciting commercial/infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have the option to work remotely, ideally accessible to London 1 day per week.

Our client is a globally recognised engineering consultancy firm, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions. They focus on a wide range of sectors such as buildings, infrastructure, environment, and energy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Produce detailed civil engineering drawings and models using Autodesk Civil 3D.
2. Assist engineers in the design and documentation of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage, and utilities.
3. Support the preparation of plans, sections, and details for project documentation.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, guidelines, and client requirements.
5. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the development of BIM models.
6. Maintain accurate records and revision control of all drawings and models.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience in a similar Civil 3D Technician or CAD Technician role.
2. Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D is essential and previous utilities modelling experience.
3. Strong understanding of civil engineering design principles.
