Job summary

Venogy Talent is seeking a Project Engineer to support delivery and operation of district energy projects across London. The role combines technical engineering with strong project and site management, acting as the bridge between design, delivery, and operation.

You will lead planning and execution of energy infrastructure upgrades, coordinate contractors, and ensure works meet safety, time, and budget targets while integrating new assets into live heat networks.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with Mechanical, M&E or Chemical focus.
• Experience in energy infrastructure or construction projects.
• Proactive, driven mindset with appetite to learn in a high growth sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and site management of energy infrastructure projects.
• Oversee day-to-day site activity, coordinate contractors and ensure works are safe, on time and within budget.
• Manage project delivery end-to-end, including scheduling, supplier coordination, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, health and safety requirements, and quality benchmarks.
• Support integration of new assets into live heat networks with minimal disruption and optimal performance.
• Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication and regular progress updates.
