Job summary

The Salvation Army UK and Ireland Territory is seeking a Head of IT Security (CISO) to lead the senior IT security function from the Territorial Headquarters in London. The role focuses on strategy, risk management and cyber security across the organisation.

You will recruit and develop a security team, implement security frameworks, and report to the CIO. This is a strategic position guiding security for thousands of staff across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in IT security.
• Proven ability to recruit and lead a security team.
• Knowledge of ISO27001 and NIST frameworks.
• Strong communication with senior management.
• Experience across large, distributed organizations.
