• Performing proactive Cisco & Meraki testing, fixing, and repairs (e.g., testing routers, switches, access points, replacing power supplies, testing, and returning to stock or external repair)
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through timely returns, dispatch, and support
• Utilizing technical knowledge to support support calls and bid management
• Managing stock allocation and dispatch
• Meeting deadlines and maintaining standards under pressure
• Managing stock, warranty, and RMA processes for specific projects
• Leading, managing, and optimizing team performance
• Documenting processes and providing insightful reports and recommendations
• Maintaining high quality standards across all activities
