Job summary

Pertemps Telford's client, a manufacturing firm in Wellington, is seeking a Bonding Operative/FLT to join on a full-time, temporary-to-permanent basis. The role includes operating a bonding press, handling laminates, and performing quality checks.

You will also drive a counterbalance forklift, load/unload materials, and assist across departments as needed. Hours are 08:15–16:45, Monday to Friday, with an hourly rate of £13.34.

Qualifications

• FLT CB Licence is required.
• Experience in manufacturing environments.
• Able to lift up to 25 kg.
• Flexible and reliable with team work.
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
• Willing to work across departments.

Responsibilities

• Operate bonding press to produce circuit boards.
• Strip layers with dry film and lay up laminates.
• Load press and monitor pressure and temperature.
• Conduct visual quality inspections.
• Unload and move materials in warehousing; forklift duties.
