Substance Global in London is seeking a midweight Graphic & Motion Designer to craft social-first visuals and cinematic motion work for film and entertainment campaigns. You’ll shape concepts, create striking visuals and animations, and contribute fresh ideas in a fast-paced, collaborative studio.

This hybrid role requires a strong design sensibility, a passion for storytelling, and a drive to elevate the craft with continually evolving skills.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
• Curiosity for 3D & VFX and willingness to learn.
• Solid animation fundamentals including timing, pacing and rhythm.

Responsabilités

• Design standout social content for film and entertainment campaigns across static, animated and video formats.
• Bring a strong eye for design, typography, pacing and composition to all work.
• Present work confidently and respond to feedback constructively.
• Translate briefs into visually compelling executions and maintain a modern, cinematic feel.
• Collaborate with copywriters, producers, motion designers, editors and account teams.
• Stay up-to-date on design and social trends and bring fresh ideas to the studio.
