Job summary

Dolby is seeking a Support Engineer for Cinema Support in London to help customers resolve problems, assist with installations, and provide multi-channel assistance to dealers, integrators and end customers.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years in tech support or 2 years with a BS degree, excellent English communication, and strong problem-solving under pressure. Some on-call work and international travel may be required. Dolby Europe offers Flex Work, competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in Tech Support or 2 years with BS degree.
• Proven work experience as Technical Support Engineer or IT Help Desk.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; client-focused and collaborative.
• Willingness to work on-call and travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with performance problems during installation and operation of Dolby products.
• Provide multi-channel support (Phone, Email, Chat, Portal) to dealers, integrators, end customers, and field teams.
• Greet targeted questions to diagnose root causes quickly and escalate unresolved issues.
• Log and track issues in internal systems following procedures and guidelines.
• Deliver training to customers, field teams, and internal staff on Dolby technologies and products.
• Support knowledgebase creation and maintenance with other team members.
