Job summary

ODEON Cinemas Group is seeking a Cinema Experience Manager to lead a busy team and deliver memorable guest experiences across our cinema locations in the UK. You will supervise hosts, ensure smooth operations, and uphold safety and service standards during peak periods.

The role requires a people-first leadership style, strong communication, and the willingness to work evenings, weekends and late nights. Training is provided to develop leadership and guest service expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting teams in hospitality, retail, or fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A safe, people-first leadership style.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late nights.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating Cinema Hosts throughout each shift.
• Overseeing guest experience across all areas; retail, ticketing and ushering.
• Delivering excellent service during busy showings and peak film releases.
• Maintaining high standards across safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling.
• Running shift briefings and making on-shift operational decisions.
• Coaching team members to build skills, confidence, and progression.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction.
